I am pleased to provide this strong letter of reference and recommendation for 7LifeLanguages™. I have found it to be a very accurate assessment tool, as well as an indispensable day to day communication and concensus building aid.
I have spent over 20 years in the food service business. I have functioned as the President of Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada, an executive Vice-President of Brice Foods and President of I Can’t Believe It’s Yogurt US operations. After taking the 7LifeLanguages™ Workshops 101 & 102, we needed to hire for a permanent position. As we deal with the public all the time, this was an important position for us to fill. After interviewing and profiling a number of candidates we narrowed it down to two people. LegacyNowUSA, based on 7LifeLanguages™ advised us to hire the opposite one to which we were leaning. I decided to follow their advice and what the profiles were revealing. It was the right choice! I realized I was drawn to the one I wanted to hire because their 7LifeLanguages™ was similar to mine – which would have been wrong for the position we were filling. The new employee is working out great and we will definitely continue to use LegacyNowUSA and 7LifeLanguages™ in our business!

Communication is a key factor in any relationship and especially in the relationship between a man and a woman committed to one another for life.
This tool is extremely useful when mentoring couples for marriage. We have integrated personality profiles, temperaments, love languages, and styles of communication as part of a unit on communication for the pre-marital process, along with strategies for conflict resolution. After being informed about 7LifeLanguages™, we took the survey this past summer and our profile with LegacyNowUSA and in our consultation our profile was explained to us. We must say that although we knew a lot about one another’s communication styles after 34 years of marriage, LegacyNowUSA gave us the terminology to our styles along with key indicators that our languages filter communication through. We thought our profiles accurately described the languages we use and have given us a greater understanding and acceptance of each other and even ourselves. We think it would have been beneficial to have had the profile in our earlier years, if not prior to our marriage! We think it would have given us insight and helped us to facilitate our communication in a more constructive manner.
We liked the profiles so much that we’ve begun to incorporate the profile in our present pre-marital counseling. LegacyNowUSA profiled our present couples and we believe that these couples were impressed with what was explained to them, giving them insight into each other’s 7LifeLanguages™. We are looking forward to doing follow-up on how they have applied these insights in communicating with one another, and how it has helped with conflict resolution. It is our recommendation that all couples going through pre-marital counseling would benefit by linking arms with LegacyNowUSA and the 7LifeLanguages™.

Dear LegacyNowUSA
Hello my name is Jack Toth, Founder/CEO of Impact Society, a charitable society focused on building the natural strengths of youth and helping them understand how to make positive character decisions so they can live with purpose and significance. My wife and I began the organization in 1994 and were able to continue progressing due to passion, vision and plain stubbornness. As time continued we had staff join us, however most of them were much like me, they had a strong visionary bent, we could dream and hope big, but we seemed to keep hitting road blocks when it came to fulfilling what we were striving for.
Finally in 2007 we determined we needed to begin a search for a COO for the organization. We recognized if we truly were going to have an impact on a national and international scale Impact Society had to have staff that could take us to this level. It was at this time we retained LegacyNowUSA™. I had some ideas what I thought we needed, but LegacyNowUSA spent time to hear where the organization was at and where I thought it could go. They then did 7LifeLanguages™ on applicants who had shown interest in the position we desired to fill. I will never forget the evening LegacyNowUSA™ delivered the final two profiles, even though they had never met the two applicants and I had told them nothing, not even their names, they said to me, “These are both good candidates, person A will be good for you but if you can get person B, that is the one for Impact Society.”
I am testifying to the fact that what LegacyNowUSA told us was absolutely true, even down to the facts they presented to me; that it will take quite a lot of time for myself and person B to work together because we are so different. But if we can maneuver our way through it this would be an excellent long term hire.
